'Children who learn to regulate their emotions are better prepared to thrive; academically, socially and in life.'
(CASEL Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning)

Developing emotional literacy and social skills in young people has been consistently linked to improved mental health, academic success, and long-term wellbeing. Research shows that the ability to recognise, understand, and regulate emotions supports resilience, reduces behavioural difficulties, and enhances coping with stress.
Our So Dramatic program uses fun, interactive drama-based activities to help young people build emotional literacy and social skills. Through games, improvisation, role play, and creating and performing dramatic pieces, participants explore feelings, practise communication, and strengthen their ability to connect with others -l in a playful and supportive environment.
'Emotional regulation in childhood is one of the strongest predictors of success in adulthood; even more than IQ.'
(Moffitt et al. 2011)
